V cutting knife for grey board
As the name suggests, this cutting knife can cut V groove on the grey board. It is mainly used in manufacturing gift box, mooncake box, etc.

V cutting knife for honeycomb board
The V cutting knife is specially offered for processing V groove on honeycomb board. The blade angle can be 15 degree, 22.5 degree, 30 degree, and 45 degree. KASEMAKE Vision Inspection System for Cutter
KASEMAKE vision inspection system is a digital video recognition system used for the DCZ series digital flatbed cutter. Its use converts your cutting table into a die-less, cut on-demand production system for pre-printed board. This print registration system can precisely adjust the cutting pass for a single piece of printing medium according to the preset positioning marks and allows the cutter to complete precise printed pattern cutting along the accurate cutting pass.

Manual alignment of a printing material takes time. KASEMAKE vision inspection system for cutter is able to achieve fast and accurate positioning. Place the printed board in approximately the correct position on the table and KASEMAKE will adjust the position and rotation in seconds, rectifying any errors and ensuring a high quality finish.

Image1 illustrates the printed board with registration marks. Image 2 and 3 illustrate boards which are improperly cut due to inaccurate placing position. To correct the errors and cut the board for another time may be wasteful and time-consuming. Image 4 shows how the printed board will be after it has been positioned and cut by our KASEMAKE vision registration system. Such a perfect cutting effect is what we desire.

Using this vision inspection alignment system could not be easier. Open the required drawing, place the printed sheet onto the table in line with the visual laser marks, and let KASEMAKE do the rest.

This KASEMAKE vision inspection system consists of a digital camera mounted on the cutting head of a DCZ digital flatbed cutter. Thus the registration marks on the printed paper or board are allowed to be seen. Then the vision inspection software will adjust the position and angel according to those marks to make the cutting pass identical with the printed pattern.
